Thank you for shopping at Y2K-Fashion.
Upon receiving any order from us, you are given up to 7 days to set up a refund or exchange.
In order to set this up, You must simply inform us of your decision by emailing us or sending us a message via IG:
We will reimburse you no later than 2-3 days from the day on which we receive the returned order. We would use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your order to us. You should email the following email: email@example.com or reach out via IG @y2k_fashion_ to arrange the return.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The order was delivered within the last 7 days.
- Your order is still brand new.
- Your order is in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
We offer free worldwide shipping via UPS, FedEx, and DHL. You will be updated with your tracking # via the email or phone number you provide on your order. We ask you to please allow us 7-21 days for us to process, prepare & ship your order. Shipping through aforementioned shipping services is an additional 14-30 days. Total shipping time is around 21-50 days, but we do experience delays from time to time!
